This programme provides ongoing guidance and regular reviews, allowing nutrition advice to evolve as your needs change — ideal for complex or long-standing concerns. What’s included: ✔ Comprehensive initial assessment (90 minutes) ✔ Three follow-up consultations (45 minutes each) over 3 months ✔ Ongoing review and adjustment of goals ✔ Behaviour change strategies for lasting results ✔ Written progress summaries and resources ✔ GP / consultant liaison (with consent). Ideal if you want: ✔ Ongoing expert support ✔ Structure and accountability ✔ Confidence managing your nutrition long term. Optional Add-ons: ✔ Home blood test kit via a UK-accredited laboratory: 1/2 price for nutrition blood tests bought from Alice Dietitian e-shop. Interpretation of results included.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled, you will not incur in any fee. All cancellations will incur a £5 fee to account for administration and transaction fees. If you miss an appointment without notification, the amount paid for the consultation will not be reimbursed.
